95kgs --> 100kgs

just an extra 5kgs of festive fat!

regular gym user for the past 2 years, want to now get more lean and down to around 90kgs (power to weight etc). Back to boxing I think after a years break, lost a few less brain cells in 2005 compared to 2004!

No idea how if I'm heavier or not.

Went for a great MTB ride on Christmas Eve and did a cracking walk of around 8 or 9 miles in the Peak District yesterday. Coming down Crowden Clough into Edale was great fun

the old 'double chalker' comment is a classic 'Lister' (red dwarf) gag.

I must have led a sheltered life as I have not heard this before. And I used to watch Red Dwarf as well.

This time last year I was 13st 6, I had put on quite a bit and felt fat lol, injured my knee and was unable to play football (Junior Level, might only mean something to people in scotland). Started back this season and also joined gym and was down to 12st. Havent been to gym in 2 weeks and put on 4lb.

Anyone tell me what 12st is on Kilos lol

Multipy your weight in stones by 14(Number of lbs in a stone) then divide by 2.2(Number of lbs in a kilo)

Just got back from the gym and it was packed to the rafters with fatties trying to shed those xmax pounds, give it a week and they will all have given up though . I was bench pressing 75kg when i last went (september) today i could only just manage 50kg but i will prevail.
I will have to go straight from work though, or else i go home end up sticking the pc on and farting around on sn all night and drinking and munching cake tea
