I travelled to keighley banger centre as well mate when i was looking for my type r scoob or skyline gtr after they told me they had a split mint r33 gtr in stock it looked good in pics too. when i got there the car looked as though it had been put together in a playschool and they did not have a clue what they were on about. i would seriously avoid that place. excellent choice on car jus make sure you put a modified oil pump on though otherwise you will be having a bottom end build like mine has jus had done. nasty bill at the end as well.

looks like i better get me mate and see if he can get some of his fellow scooby owners come along to Keighley motors then, as it seems they are the only people selling them. and its says in there discriptions FRESHLY IMPORTED ?
if i can get say 3 or 4 people come to view it and we all agree its ok. then fingers crossed
i wudnt go alone as i have no idea what to look out for on one.

Thats where I got my V5 Type R Ltd from, the guy who owns it is a bit of a d**k but his stock is usually pretty good.

Nice looking motor.
Could just do with a v5/6 grill to go with the bumper and p1 style spots.

The odd vent is just an aftermarket add on, suppose it takes more air to cool the turbo as its on that side.

Personally i wouldn't give 2 hoots if the Keighley car was straight. If popular opinion is to be trusted, their after sales care is shocking. Imagine if the car dropped a piston, you could be out of pocket and have no car for ages while you try to squeeze some cash from them.
Anyway, i'd personall hold out for a V5 for the simple fact you can Ecutek it

Wise words........completely agree about holding on for a v5.
