Season 1 is available on Region 1 DVD but, unfortunately, due to the music licensing laws surrounding all the songs used on the show, Fox decided that it wouldn't be economically wise to release the subsequent seasons on DVD. That's been the offical word from Fox since I emailed them in spring 2002 and doesn't look like it'll be changing any time soon...
Shame really because there are millions of closet Malcolm fans out there...
