Did your wife report this incident? ...police would surely have been interested? ...again, peeing in a public place (& that can be @ 3.a.m outside a club) could get you charged & cautioned with indecent exposure depending on the officers judgement.

IIRC Huntley got a job at a Soham Village College which was next door to the St Andrews Primary School (not sure if colledges & schools have the same screening process?) ...he then befriended Maxine Carr & we all know what happened next

Was Huntley on list99?

If he was, would he have been cleared to work at a College?

Would he be allowed to work 'near' children & if not how far is near?

I assume Maxine Carr would have been screened, but are partners? ...& indeed future partners?

Im not defending the system at all & agree it needs urgent review but its a debate that isnt quite as clear cut as we're being led to believe!
