Dean F. You comment that the O2 sensor before the up-pipe looks a sod to do. No it is not, remove the undertray, jack up the front to allow use of axle stands. Remove the drivers side wheel and you will see a plastic triangle held in by three clips to the right of the drive shaft. Remove this and you will see the O2 sensor infront of you . The cable from the sensor is clipped onto a bracket that is bolted to the rocker cover, theses clips can be tricky but not difficult. The cable is connected to one of the blocks by the MAP sensor unclip and remove the whole assembly. Fitment is the reverse.
You may want to do the under bonnet work prior to jacking the car up for ease . Hope this helps Steve.

Hi Dean,
I went up there yesterday and the tech said that my clutch was on it way out and i needed 2 rear struts replacing which will both be done on warranty, the clutch is causing my jerkey gear changes and low down roughness but apart from that he said the car drives mint. Dan

Hi, my car has been fixed. It was fixed by Richard Bulmer (the original mapper)and Pete at Prosport in Stockport. I dont think it was the map as such, but the fix did involve a software change, something to do with the Lamba controller, whatever that is????? Anyway Pete is confident that they have now found the fix to this issue, give him a ring.

Also i forgot to mention, since my car was fixed, i have noticed that the car pulls stronger and smoother off-boost with the turbo coming in a lot smoother. I dont think its the placebo effect is my mate noticed it as well.
