Wagon Logo Update
Right this is finally of the ground, we have our new logo all fully artworked - Thanks to D16GER
Also thanks to Buzz, who is going to see if he can get some proof stickers made up with the new logo. Buzz is also going to get a quote for a banner for us (6' x2') and he has the Wagon Squadrons banner frame from we should hopefully be able to borrow. We should also have the flag poles also via Buzz. Thanks again for all the assistance Buzz
When the stickers are done and proofed will let everyone know how much they will be, about 2 or 3 pound each probably. At the moment we will see what looks best, white logo on clear background i.e. colour of paint/ t-shirt/ banner will show through ... or Black logo on clear. We are also looking at the logo on a solid colour background.
The proofs will help us decide which is the best format and may offer choice of colour combinations etc.
What we are still missing and require help with is t-shirt printing and Flags if anyone can help out. I like the idea of the sail flags like these Sail Flags Clicky but the cost of them is expensive .. anyone know anybody in the trade

They have the 7 family rooms avilable @ £46 a room. for the one night - sat 17th. These can be non-smoking if preffered.
Could you all let me know ASAP if this is suitable for you all, as I will need to reserve these ASAP being a saturday night. I will have to give my credita card deatils to confirm bookings, so you 'could' all pay on arrival. If you would like to pay upfront and send me the money that would be great

Gents... its with great sadness, that I'm going to have to pull out of the NBO meet.
To cut a long story short, I'm still in South Africa, and my placement has been extended through to July. I'm hoping to get a long weekend back in the UK for good behaviour , but that'll be more likely in May.
I'm so so so sorry if this has caused any problems with planning etc. I still want to hear all about the meet etc. On my return, I'll continue to push the Wagon name, as this year is of course.... Year of the wagon
You will get to see me and my stead, one day.... promise
Keep up the good work!
Kwaky

Could we not have the stickers done without a background ( so it's looks like there stuck on individually - I'll find one to how what I mean ) just the writing. They could be put on bodywork or glass. Just a thought don't know if any good ( I personally like stickers without a background ). Keep up the good work fella .
I'm still waiting for a price on the number plates-my mate can't do them . But he's got a mate in Scotland who might be able to do them for us . Our we going with white plates and ScoobyWagons across and username along the bottom?
Cheers Paul.

Started cleaning mine up after the winter - enough tar on it to resurface the M6!
White is the best when clean - but impossible to keep clean!
Will be good on the day though
The only bad news is the STi wheels I bought last summer are corroding already - I've washed them regularily and even waxed them. Not good....

Wagon Squadron 'Goes Airborne' in Hampshire
It was a fine sight tonite on the Hants Scoobies meet, 4 wagons all parked up in formation ready for the country drive.
It was a rare sight to see 3 WR Blue WRX wagons all at the same meet and lined up, the STI7 being the daddy Musn't forget John in his DMB Classic
This was only a taste of things to come and I guess ther was an element of 'My wagons faster than yours' as we all jostled for overtaking spots and ego's probably giving way to better judgement. I think we were all so excited to be in a convoy of wagons. This was one of the occasions i decided to open her up on a bit, timed power delivery just right as I hit a little ramp and got the old kite airborne, all 4 wheels off the tarmac and in perfect flight Little bit of a wobble on touch down
Then there was john in the classic getting into a drift round a roundabout on more than one occasion .. actually thought his backend was overtaking him
never had so much fun (apart from following Trails to Santa Pod) and this is only second meet
