Does anyone want to contribute towards payment of the banner, chipping in whatever they can... approx £100 total it will cost ... it is 8ft x 2ft and we can reuse it for all the shows/ meets or events.
If you want to contribute anything off course we can send you a receipt andm it might be worth appointing someone a 'Funds' person to control a pot for such expenses etc
if you would like to donate anything you can use paypal to - smiles@verio.net or put something in the pot on the day

secret sign spayed and will be sign wrighten tommorow
got a list sorted for what ive got to bring, thank god ive got a wagon!
hope the gazebo is in stock tommorow
think we need to get to nbo site befotre 9 as weve loads to do!
please if you have 2 way radio bring them set to channel 4

Wagon meet 2 days to go ########
wow this wagon thread has been busy
we are parked along the main entrance road 5 the stand along between the SVX and midland crew and have space for 18 ish wagons
we will have to leave 2 spaces at the front for the 2 late wagons as it will be hectic at 11 with 200 scoobys piling in your going to have to ask the marshalls nicely as we dont want 50 scoobys following you as well!!!!
number plate will be ok for me
is there any thing we still need for stand ?
I will be arriving at the wagon hotel at 5-6 pm ish
i will have the wagon radios set on 4

For giving the cars a clean if its a bit muddy or dusty good idea is to fill up a couple of empty 2 litre drink bottles full of water or somthing bigger if you have it and a bucket. Going gto wash mine at the wagon accomodation when we get there

Southern Wagon Convoy
Details of the Southern Wagon convoy up Wagon Corner Accomodation on saturday the 17th
This is obviously for anybody travelling up the night before and staying in wagon accomodation.
Below is a rough timing guide - route itineray
** 11.00 leave Clackett Lane Services - Anti-Clock M25 - anytime before 11am - leaving prompt at 11am.
** 13.00 Peterborough Services - A1M/A1 - pee break if needed
** 14.15 Markham Moor Services A1/A57 (worksop/retford) - Meet ScoobyJay & stop for lunch
** 15.30 Ferrybridge services - A1/M62
** 16.30 Arrive at Scotch corner
Sound ok
