If you are in the UK and you have not received a magazine yet, please check your original subscription confirmation email.

We have seen a lot of posts and received a number of emails from people in the past few days remarking that theirs has not arrived.

In virtually all cases, it transpires that the subscription has run out. Many thought they had subscribed for 12 issues, when they had only subscribed for 6. Reminders were sent out to those people, either by email or snail mail in December.

Please feel free to contact Scooby Magazine directly if you need confirmation of your subscription - www.scoobymagazine.com/contact.htm - we will happily email you back promptly.

supposedly royal mail are so bad they only give compensation if you complain rather than if they notice obvious damage/theft according to which report!

Looks like they are up to thier same old tricks..............

Issue 9................

First it was "will be sent out on 1st March"..............

Now on thier website it says ...........

"Scooby Magazine issue 9
We will confirm the release date of issue 9 in the next few days. Please check back here very soon for details."

Thats been on for at least a week now!

As good as it is...........

WHY CANT THEY JUST ADMIT THAT IT WILL BE A BI-MONTHLY MAG?

Why all the stress

If you don't like the way the mags printed don't buy it

Sure they have had some communications difficulties but whats the big deal

if you put yourself in the public eye then you have to expect criticism if it doesnt go according to plan, thats the risk associated with the potential benfits.

LOL wow so can you say this about other businesses run with peoples 'own money' so I get food poisoning from a chippy and I complain should the owner say to me "hey you try running a business like this with your OWN MONEY" LOL

They are not providing the service we paid for (I'm doubting at the moment we will get 6 magazines for the year!). The magazines that do come out are good but we should be charged for the actual frequency of the magazine which at the current rate is 6 or so per year.

Was going to start a thread but did a search instead and came across this.

We ordered 12mths subscription , had issue 8 in march adn though to myself oh we haven't had any more since, but this seems to be a big problem.

So question for you.....when will the next issue eventually arrive.

Cheers
Gem
