Greedy man, fitting in eight questions into one...
"Can you treat it? How can you treat it? What time does the pub close? Where are my shoes?"

Busmans holiday ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
if youve seen one post mortem (we are in britain) youve seen em all,
usually the best bits are when tey do the stomach contents, usually has a few pukers!!
and the opening of the skull, wonder if they,ll show the full scalp/ forhead removal?
only thing you tv lot dont get is the smell!! thats why half the audience look green..

This apprenticeship, what were your duties such that autopsy be a 'busmans holiday'?![Suspicious](images/smilies/Suspicious.gif)

we had to take and collect bodies as part of the job,
you spend quite an amount of time there, so often rather than sit in an office and wait for paperwork, you go and watch
dont know what its like now, but it was very interesting.
Quality Engineer,
quality input at conception, through to end of life of product,
rather than design a product and then find once you get into manufacturing its got big problems, we engineer them out at all point of the process..
covers third party supplied parts too, and thats where we earn our money

in short, i went for a job and was told, you wouldnt be able to hack, go away and come back in 2 years time..
so i had a look round at jobs that were likley to weed out the majority of applicants, and found my local FD wanted an apprentice,
i wanted a challange, so i took the job, it was hard work to say the least, but it tought me a lot about customer facing !! both sides, paperwork legal requirements, monumental side driving etc, from there it was a natural progression into customer liason/ quality roles
Mart
Ps i never went back for the first job turned out the recruitment drive was a sham designed to keep up appearances
