"I drive up and down the M1 leicester to notts area everyday.
I havent see the Accord, could you let us have a bit more info on it."
are you serious????
are you going to drive along looking out for one car in thousands? try driving under 100mph and worry more about looking where you are going.

I should certainly attend the court smartly dressed, say you are sorry for a brief drop in concentration as far as your speedo is concerned since you were trying to clear the traffic or something and that it was not deliberate. Hopefully the fact that you need your car for work might help too.
It is very easy to go over the odds like that in a Scoob since it's top gear performance is so good. You were a bit unlucky.

Tell the court that you glanced in your review mirror to see a souped up Jap saloon almost touching your rear bumper, headlights flashing and horn tooting. You even saw the passenger give you the w@nker sign. So you accelerated slightly, but couldn't shake him. Next thing you know..... You were in fear for your safety and the safety of those around you!!!
A mate got let off with points for 106 over several miles. His boss wrote a letter saying he needed his licence or he'd lose his job, however, he's carried six points around for three years!

i.e colour, age, reg no. etc
Also was it the lower side of Notts j24-j25 or j26-j28 area as it is patrolled by 2 diferent areas.
Just worried as many people cruise at 100+ around there (not me of course) and wondered if they were on a crack down.
Sorry to hear you got caught by the way. Its about time they accepted that people drive fast on motorways, a ban at 100 is pretty bad I think. For example I got stopped on the M5 at 98mph and they simply let me off and told me to take it easy, where it the logic in that.
