"Spider when are you due out of the Bodyshop?
Rich"
Rich, I'm hoping to have the car back by the end of Feb, but I just don't know for sure. Car's been there from the end of Oct due to one thing & another.
Trouble is, because the current body guy is part time, until they can recruit a full time chap everything's taking so long.
I'll hassle the boss again this week coming. It's annoyingly close too - the car's in Worcester.
Cheers,
Steve

This does include the dampers with the remote resevoirs but they will cost £1850.00 + VAT fitted and aligned.
Steve:
I have decided to terminate the groupbuy on March 15th, so all sales must be finalised by then.

Very interested in getting in on this, unfortunatley I live in the US and will be unable to get the "god-like" alignment all are talking about, if possible I would still like to purchase.
Few questions:
Are these the sportline 1's?
Will they fit my GC8 chassis?
What is going VAT at the moment? (I've heard it's between 15 and 25 percent)
What would shipping be to 97060?

We are offering 10% discount if you don't have them fitted.
Sko:
Yes they are sportline 1's
Yes they will fit a GC8
There is no VAT on sales to the US
I will come back to you with the price of shipping.

Would love to purchase a set, let me what method of payment etc works best, as I am in the US. I may just call and give you guys my credit card information? I would prefer paypal though, if you accept paypal payments from verified paypal users. Thank you!

Yes we do a kit to fit the 04 car. The springs are made by Merewede, a Dutch spring manufacturer.

I agree with all the positive reviews on here, I had the full T25 suspension package including the AST's fitted by the professional and friendly people at PowerStation to my weekend toy 04 STi PPP Type UK. I actually think the suspension upgrade is the best mod I have done and would recommend this before any power upgrade (though each to their own on this I know).
A great addition is also the uprated pads (Pagid I think) and braided brake hoses, much more feel through the brake pedal and much more progressive stopping power.
The suspension kit makes the car much more stable than standard and able to deploy the power (about 330 bhp for me) better, feedback through the wheel is much more 'live'. The car can be a little more responsive in the wet (stability through standing water is superb) but I think that just allows me to know where the limit is much sooner. With the AST's set fairly stiff the car will lift the inside rear wheel and tight corners and islands are always good for some hooligan tyre squealing antics! The whole car is much more neutral - rather evo like in many ways and recovery from any slight oversteer is simple and controlled. Rather than cover old ground there is a longer write up in the Suspension section if you want to know more.
If you want to feel much more in touch with what the car is doing this is the pack for you, imo it adds the finishing touch to an already accomplished A/B road machine.
Thanks again PowerStation - worth every penny!!

Jason:
I have just weighed a standard rear 9Kg and an AST 5Kg.
Good for unsprung weight.
Cheers Rich

Oh no - wish I hadn't seen this, can feel a hole in the wallet coming on!!!
The KYB dampers PowerStation put on 36,000 miles ago are just starting to get bouncy, so its either...
Mr Sensible, no insurance hassle, standard KYB again £218 from Camskill plus fitting
Mild tweak, KYB plus Eibachs, another £155 from Camskill
Bit more, KYB AGX from buypartsby & Eibachs, £531 plus fitting
Or go for it for a grand!
Off to talk to NUD.............

Hi Rich,
How do the ASTs in the GB compare with a WRX (MY03 blobeye) standard shock and Prodrive springs? This is my current setup and they now have about 29k on them. The upgrade was an improvement on the standard springs, but now the car's running about 350bhp, the suspension really feels like a 'weak link'. I think I'd be looking at the ASTs, a rear ARB, drop links and geometry. Would this be the answer to my handling woes and how much would it cost, all in?
I've got my name down for the visit the Welsh area are organising on the 25th March. Would fitment be possible on the day or would I have to book a separate visit?
Cheers!
Steve

Many thanks Rich, Curtis & Co
Had the AST's fitted by Curtis & co at Power Station. Went for the fast road/track set up, rather that then out and out track set up. 60 front and 40 rear as I remember. Car is a different beast now, boy what a change, and I love it. Have then set at 6 all round for now, but played a little with them at 12 and 1 to see the effects.
Thanks to all at Power Station...and to Ian next door for the run in the spec C, type 20.
