Dude, don't worry.

When I had my accident, the other car didn't even hit me, they just caused an obstruction. The only witnesses were in her car.

Imagine the scenario - young guy, hot hatch, middle-aged woman, never been in an accident. Obvious whos fault it was.

But, the police were on my side and it eventually worked out for me.

I also had good photos - (http://www.g-r-w.net/crash.html)

Got a call of my solicitor today to tell me her insurance have admitted liability

No wheres my cheque lol
