And how the fek do you fit the gudgeon pins, without the holes?!

Looking for around £2500 for RA but open to sensible offers.
How do I fit the pins.... lol trade secret
This modification does away with the potential problem of the oil control ring coming into the pin access hole.
Hows it done?
Pistons and rods are assembled, then put onto the crank and then the blocks are introduced. Very trick and very fiddley. Short motor will be built soon.

I thought it must have been with the block seperated, but couldn't think how you'd work the piston rings into the cylinder.
Might have been interested in the RA, had things moved on a bit from just now. Maybe's you'll still have it for sale, by the time i've sorted things out.

John, I will dig out the TYxxx number as loads of people have asked about it. Rear diff is R160 model.
