ok matey i may just leave in primer as a sort of urban street racer stylee!
i wonder if Westwood would `PIMP MY RIDE` anything to get close to Pinky
justin is prob best to get it checked out at prosport/adam(autotechnica) but i would peronally check all the conections on the sensors bolted to the engine! and check all hoses for leakage before paying out for what could be a litle fault!

fitted my tein coilovers today, and got the front lower than the back
i've been out in it and it rides a lot better, it doesn,'t feel too hard either
the only thing to investigate is rattleing over little ripples in the road, coming from the top at the rear on both sides,
will have to inspect the pillowball mounts , and will need a geometery setup aswell

Kewl looking good H
as for my prob basically a few months ago due to a faulty wiring loom feeding my fuel pump in the boot! i had wired in an independant switch from a 12v feed to the pump and then earthed the pump to the chasis, so i was able to isolate and manually control the fuel pump! abit like dai will have on his race car!

and little did i know but over time the switch i used (little toggle switch) was breaking down with the load (as i found out from dynodemon the walbro draws quite a large current from the battery)
therefore the switch being underated was causing resistance (the switch was actually getting warm under load) and hence this resistance was causing the fuel pump to actually slow down so when the car was boosting over a certain rpm and the ecu was calling for more fuel press the pump was failing causing the car to lean off at high rpm( a dangerous situation) as it could have popped a piston or arod
this was confirmed on the dyno by the fact that the trace was tailing off at 5ooorpm when it should have been climbing up the bhp scale! the ecu was actually recogonising that the fuel was weak and was cutting the boost down to prevent engine damage(safe mode) therefore casey and others recommended i remove said switch and rewire the pump properly! which i did today and hey presto it goes like fek again!
i would never have thought such a simple switch could cause so much agro!
but all is well again now and a lesson learned! thankgod for dynoday!
