Hey carla, just been accepted on a morgage for £105,000, and we only wanted £85,000, so looks like we will be getting a 3 bedroom'd one already done up, in a much better area
Been waiting for that phone call all day

Hey ric thats good news
your windows is like mine was - ( a dodgy version) what happens is that windows instals a verivacation tool which stops you updating things anymore also the notice keeps popping up and getting in the way all the time.
I have a tiny program that gets rid of it but then you need to turn automatic updates off to stop it reinstalling again - pm me your e-mail addy
with windows falling behind on updates its full of bugs so ive had enough and bought a proper version (£70.50p) for vista premium) which isnt bad as some places want 100 quid

I know i had 2 offers within 24 hours got a cash buyer too.
Certain houses are being snapped up it's madness.
Good luck, at least you know what you can spend you have to be quick though. get on all the estate agents books and right move. You are the ideal buyer too first time with no chain.

think about it!!
if you a million pound in the bank , you will get at best 5% profit, if the financial advisers are tellin g them that property in manchester is likely to give them 7% over a year, hey what they going to do
anyway, a couple of people i know have about 20 to 40 houses, buy to let, its quite easy if you have the nerve, i know most of the workings , just not got the nerve, and i've plenty of knoledge on tap; ie those friends,
and working for a skip company i'm always on new build sites around the northwest, from morecombe to crewe,

i've been in liverpool today, visited it twice with skips!!!

even the local gangster , "security" firm have been threatened to be burnt in there cabins
the second visit was norris green, quite a bit different

Jesus christ howard and your still alive, stockbridge village/hannibal farm are slums of the highest order. did all the kids walk round in black wanting to be 'soldiers' and pretend to shoot you with there fingers whilst you werent looking just in case you got out and kicked the living daylights out of them
