im gutted though, id put 2 years into that car and it was my dream for years to get one, you go out work your **** off and get your dream car and some scumbag comes along an just takes it, if he does get caught which i doubt, then he;ll only get community service

yes my insurance will no doubt be a bit more unkind to me from now on, think i will go normal, been on the autotrader site and you can get diesel mondeo ghia' for around 5.5k so i may go down that route, the wife aint bothered if i get another scoob an to be honest there is a lovely wagon for sale on here, just dont think i want the hassle though

since i got the car i have always put it behind the gates and for some reason i aint done it for a while so maybe thats half the problem

The laws in this country are sh1te
when is it going to get any better feckin government there all sh1te
and only think about themselves there not ar5ed about you or me
when it comes to punishment its all this human rights crap
nothing but a bunch of w4nkers i tell ya
ste lets all hope the people behind your misfortune do themselves in because as you say the law are going to give them community service
put them in iraq or afghanistan they would soon ****

this country has gone to the dogs now over the last few years, it'll never get back to how it was cos theyve got away with to much.
ive always said to put these so called soldiers of the street in the army cos that would soon make them into men.

some real nice ghia models for sale though, ive always liked them since my dad had one. feckin decisions decisions, just hope it all goes smoothly with the insurance company

ste i think its just all the newish stuff my sister has a low mileage 1 and thats just had a clutch and flywheel (dmfw)fords have had plenty of time to sort this **** out....
all i would say is get a new 1 with unlimited mileage warranty
it will need it
as you know i do a lot of miles but that said in the last few weeks ive had 2 injectors and they have to be programmed its also had a clutch and flywheel and it fooked the starter aswell fords prices i think were 876.00
and thats without labour
ended up getting a nice discount on parts
£460.00 from fords
and then fitted for £150.00 also had a oil change at the same time and within 3 days the oil light came on another oil change oil light stayed off for 2 wks
then it went bang last monday big ends and its been in thre garage since so im in a focus rental better fuel economy but has no ***** in it
btw nothing is going to put a smile on your face more than a scoob
why not get another and get blackjax fitted?

to be honest though dan, dont think i want another one cos it just wont be the same, ill see what happens an how much i get and then ill have a good look around to see whats about, but for now i just want it all settled and hopefully the good news that the lad who took it has wrapped himself around a lamppost and is slowly dying, oh and i mean that the scumbag walked through my house and past balloons and cards for my sons 1st birthday. doesnt anyone have a fecking concious any more

why we should have to lock our cars behind gates is unfair, i know no one will steal mine (cheap thrills only) but i have had cars stolen in the past and it is such a personal thing, especially when they set fire to it too!!!
