be ideal for a lodger as it is 3 storeys. Lodger could have the first floor which consists of 2 rooms and a bathroom, and he could have the top floor which is 3 rooms and an en suite, could then share the kitchen

sorry forgot, they've probably gone to the gym
they've had there "protein" drink and gone pumping iron
huffing and puffing on the benchpress , then both stood looking in the mirrors and walking round with a carpet under each arm

i would consider a small diesel car jay

the megane 1.5dci we are using atm gives 49mpg at 85mph and is £35 per year road tax,
you may be able to beat the mpg, by 20mpg on a very good day on a bike, but your out in the elements and road tax on anything over 500cc is £46!!, plus you need to do your license=£500 if you pass first time,

500 quid is a lot of juice even at todays prices
