Well the 8 month affair with the younger, sportier model is officially over.

With a few niggles about restarting our long term relationship the older, faithful, reliable model and I are back together.

Only gave it a wash with some Poorboys Super Slick and Suds and I think it came out looking alright for it's first clean in 8 months.

I was just starting to think it was a dit of a dud episode (compared to the superb efforts so far) and then they rescued it with that item! Fecking brilliant!

I hate to think how much their insurance premium must have been, plus the clean up bill for getting about 500ft of tyre tracks off the shopping mall floor.

If it started and finished up this way then I'd do it but getting to and from Stoke after 12 hours of driving is a bit too much.

I think the tash adds another 10 bhp.

took my mate BMW535d for MOT the other day, **** me its quick
its been remapped, over 300bhp and 500lb torq
traction control was constantly coming in, and at 120mph it felt like the power had kicked in again ,
then doing the emmisions check it wouldn;t even register anything coming out the exhaust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
even when you revved it to the limiter!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its burning that clean !!!!!
BMW
they ARE the future
