the insurers solicitors have been in contact, with regards to covering my losses and any personal injuries sustained.

3 prescriptions cost me £21.30

Got a letter at home regarding my accident, mrs wanted to open it but I tol dher NO (nosy cow)

I tried to flush it 3 times but it just wouldnt go

I had to get the bog brush out and break it into chunks

then the water went all dirty and very very smelly

then took a further 2 flushes to get a clear water again

put a shed load of domestos down as well

Luckily there is only me using the toilet there as there is only me here and its in out brew house

thank **** for that

not eaten any soup for a bit, back on cornflakes. One of the tablets I am on can cause constipation. I reckon it has been a steady build up as I havent been for a few days (usually at least twice a day)

its not really a sporty car but looks a bit different and it is supposed to sound really nice

Gonna do a bit of research on the 2.5 v6 duratec engines to see what they are like and if they can be tuned much

think I am going to go for a cougar 2.5 v6, then spend about £300 on a bluefin and I should have around about 200bhp with a load more torque
Should make for a nice relaxing drive
