lol true
just renewing buildings and contents and prices have gone up like normal but got a good quote off axa - is it worth having the extra legal cover and personal belonging cover out the house on a policy its only an extra 20 quid each and the benefits seem good

i have legal cover through my union so i always say no. to be honest though why are you going to need it? when was the last time you went to a solicitor and they said they'd charge you for their services if they thought you would win and they could make £1.36 out of it ?

Hi All,
I know this is totally off topic but I was wondering when the monthly meet is nowadays? Is it still the third Thursday of every month?
I've been out of the scene for a while for various reasons and I'm keen to get back into it. A few of you may remember me from years ago.
Cheers
Tony

Bloody hell if ever the saying 'life is to short' is the correct term then my experiance over the last few days brings it right home.
Saturday - 34 year old lad I know of from where I live and also from work. Slipped down some stairs and landed funny breaking his neck. Dead. Leaving a wife and two young kids
Yesterday morning - my aunty passed away after a short battle with the big C
Yesterday evening - lad in work who has been here 30 odd years found crushed between two 20 odd ton dies. Dead leaving wife and two teenage kids.
Brings it all home. I can't stop thinking bout the families though. How bloody awful is that. Especially the one who is a year younger than me. Really sickening. I can't imagine what the families are going through. My aunty was sort of expected as she hasn't been well for a while but the others are just terrible. The lad in work is really scary as no-one knows the full story yet but what a way to go by being crushed. He had no chance. Apparantly he was laughing with the lads earlier on about his wife being on holiday an not talking to him. They'd had a little tiff. ***** sake what will be goin through her mind. Sad sad times

He hasnt put it up for sale yet as it is having a service next week and a new egr valve, got his number if your interested (he appears to be loaded so will probably take 5.5k for it)
