As others have said, it's their home delivery service that's at fault and this combined with their business model which relies on a turnover in excess of £1.5billion means that the business is not operating soundly at present. However, as one of my better customers I wish them well and I'd be very surprised if they are not around in a few years time albeit in much better shape.

I have to agree with the delivery gripes - I've bought two bathroom s from them recently - all in all very pleased with the product - fitted them and decided that the glass fronted units needed the optional glass shelves - ordered from their website - in stock - delivery 6 weeks! - phoned them up next day to say I only wanted two small glass shelves - about the size of A4 paper - couldn't they post them? - NO - had to be delivered through the home delivery service - first available slot for my area was 6 weeks! - MAD, mad system
