Well - having owned an A4 Avant (But a 1.8T and not a tdi) myself and a 530D I'm afraid there's a fair bit in there that resonates with me.
Fighting hard to avoid an Ipod though. It gets tougher every day.

right then, picked it up today, it feels very well put together and there is a nice surge forward when you put your foot down, obviously not like a tek 3 wrx surge, but it feels very different/hard to explain really- not had a diesel before,I think I'll have to get used to it but I am pretty sure I will get on very well with it,
all in all very happy
