Quite a bit of the minor bumper damage often occours once transported from the auction to the owner.

The idiots working for the stevadoring companies are responsible for some damage maybe; but Japanside damage is rare in comparison. Auction appraisal sheets and shippers loading condition reports usually match; the damage appears later...
