The Spruce goose has a bigger wingspan and 8 engines (although props)
But I think The Anotov has the world record for weight carrying capacity.

Thing is, the Airbus is a commercial airliner and has actually flown at a decent height and for a decent distance. Whilst the H-4 Hercules did "fly" it didn't exactly go that far. Rather impressive aircraft nonetheless.
As for the Anatov, that thing is just insane.

I Wikipedia'd it. Seem to have changed colour. I swear it was biege when I went to see it, and it's white in the above pic (although the yellowish lighting dome might have accounted for the beige) Now it is grey
