So, #7 first, then where do we go from there?

Well #7 is a glaze, this replenishes the lost oils in the paint and will make the overall finish wetter looking and deeper,
The Techwax has some sealant in it so id probably use this next, although id rather buy a specific sealant instead.
Then both #26 and #16 are finishing waxes. id be inclined to just use the #16 on top and leave the #26 out, or maybe try the #26 on a different panel and see what you like best.

steven, if you want to sell the finishing wax # you dont need, let me know.
as you know my car is silver and it probably wouldn't make much difference.
- as i have to buy some soon anyway!!
(It might save you leaving it on a garage shelf for 5 years )

I'm bored, so going for a 2 bucket (black buckets ) special.
clouds are looming overhead as well.
i expect the first drops of rain to appear the moment the cham.. erm, i mean
waffle weave cloth (actually a cheese cloth 80's shirt, from mr byrites, but dont tell anyone)
comes into play.
pics to follow
Frayz, what to do with gold painted wheels????
all the products i've seen say avoid coated or painted wheels...
i got some halfrauds spray, which you hose off in the meantime, but wondered what would be more effective.
cheers all,
Dazza

All this talk of cleaning has got to me, cleaned the car twice yesterday in preparation for today.
Just spent close to four hours with the Swissol treated the paint and then a damn good waxing.
First good clean I've given it since getting it don't think it has seen wax for years anyway came up looking I had forgotten how good swissol is.
Windows and interior tomorrow.
