I'm pretty much looking at pay as you go but for the littlun I just can't be sure that all will be fine with him

But £13 quid seems the mark

Nope.

DenPlan is the Broker. They take a fixed amount from every DD.

The Dentist is the Underwriter That is why they need to see you for an examination, so they can assess the "risk" before quoting your premium
