I totally agree, all I'm saying that the problem lies past the police, they bring in criminals left right and centre, but they are released 10 mins later !!

Still not had any of the repairs done.
Looks like this one will be going to court.
According to the driver of the car that hit my rear end it is all my fault!!!!

in relation to the bloke twating the back of you, a bloke was up my **** trying to impress his misses and couldnt stop at the set of lights that i stopped at banjoed the back of my car and blamed it on me any way turned out he had no insurance that was after i caught up with the fool a week latern and reconed he had witnesses? anyway mate your insurance company should be dealing with the person who hit you up the **** as the law states if you hit a car from behind its your fault unless the car you hit was reversing at the time, just out of intrest who are you insured with?

Makes my f****** blood boil, you pay a pant load of money for insurance and the c**** don't want to earn it.

 

i agree mate the problem is when you own a performance car you always try to get the cheapest quote and 99% of the time a claim is never made so there will never be a problem but the substandard companies are ****e unless they are underwriten by a big company and you will never get paid out

 

Next time, put the claim through someone like Helphire. I'm never going to go through my own insurance again for something as clear cut as a rear ender.

 

I guess the police cant win really, if they did hang about to try and catch the t*ats in the act they'd be accused of sitting in there cars eating donuts whilst someones house was being broken into.Personally I think its the lack of discipline, this country is far too bloomin liberal now, give it another few years and the kids will be running things.

My insurance company (first alternative) are dealing with it and have appointed a solicitor for it. These guys are good at keeping me informed as to what is happening. It's the other insurance company that are taking their time. It took the woman that rear ended me 3 month to submit her accident report!!! Thats were the delay has been.
