And that's all there is to it.

But you may have a different opinion.

Isn't it amusing how chavs can't step outside their own frame of reference to have a go? Fick and proud.

So have you checked whether I have a life or not?

I'm with the Po. Because we can spell, punctuate and have a broad vocabulary, we can express ourselves easily and fully and are actually more likely to have a life. When I say life, I mean a rounded and varied life, rather than filling empty days of unemployment and frustration with texting "m8s", loitering and spending benefit. Ooooh, do I sound middle class?

As I passed a young girl at work the other day, I heard her telling her friend "I don't know what marmalade is." I know it's not compulsory to study fruit spreads, but what sort of level of general knowledge does that indicate?

PS. The word text is not a verb. Well not for a few years yet.....

Interfering with a motor vehicle is an offence that can be used. It's a way of getting around TWOC/UTMV which they would not have actually committed. There is also an attempt theft offence.

I don't mind the paperwork. It beats standing in the cold and snow for 8 hours searching people for weapons.

It keeps me in the warm with a nice warm brew.

Glad I am 'only' a rail cop.

Talking

Like I said, I'm with Bubba on this. Yes I DO wear glasses, I'm married to an English lecturer - but I have a sense of humour. Nice post Kingofturds, made me laugh.

I can't believe that his t-shirt has "UNT's finest" written on it. Asking for trouble.

Tsk tsk, such a broad vocabulary but still cannot construct a basic English sentence. I suppose you feel some sort deluded superiority over those posters whose grasp of English may not be as good as yours, although from your post you could do with a lesson or two yourself. Yes it would be nice if everyone's english was word perfect and their spelling was correct, but they aren't entering an English examination? The gentleman originally posted his tale of woe, so the last thing he needs is a lecture from you and other self appointed guardians of English on his wording. May I suggest if you are looking for perfect English you look elsewhere because you will not find it on Scoobynet. If you feel society is on a downward trend in education and basic general knowledge do something positive, rather than coming on this bbs with an air of 'I am better than you'. Then again those who criticise others usually have deficiencies in their own lives...Were you bullied as a child?

Regards Maz

Ps there is a retorical question within this post.

I think it's nice that simple people can share internet space with intelligent people like this.
So the a jolly nice illiterate chappy has an issue with a chap in a Fiat and I believe this car was parked in the spot the CCTV camera normally covers. It is then explained that after checking with his neighbours, our chap was unable to ascertain the owner of the Fiat and thus, parked away from his property.
In doing so his vehicle was tampered with by crooks.
The crooks seemed to be assosciated with the Fiat car which sped off, off into the night <zooooom>.
Anyway to cut a short story long, our chap was (and still is) upset and chose to share his experience with us on SN.
Its a shame what happened to your car mate But next time you have a story to share, ask your mum to type for you
