This a bargain for somebody, here is what things cost if you do it yourself.

EJ22t CDB - £1500 if you can find one
Bore & relinering £1200
Wiseco Pistons £650
PAR rods £650
Forged Stroker Crank £1500
ACL Bearings £100ish
RCM Oil Pump £200
RCM headstud kit £280
Lateral Baffled Sump £350

Total £6430

Bargain at £3800
