fraking b**l*cks. 9 years service (8 of these he was class), led us to trophies, apart from the last year he always gave everything for us gooners, could have gone to real madrid at the height of his career for double money but stayed, 3 years running, and then we sold him cos it made sense for both parties as he'd lost his motivation. in my opinion your attitude sucks. what next, lay into WWW for going to the wet shammers!!

I hope he gets a glorious reception, a good rendition of his song, and then humiliated by wunderkid fabulous fabregas for 90 mins

I hope you pull it off tonight as well cos if and i do say if you manage to get to the final and win it you can join the elite club of english teams that can lay claim to winning the BIG ONE . unlike chelsea who even with all the riches and so called special one will never and i mean NEVER be able to lay claim to. so far so good 1.0 at the moment.

I'll agree (edit: with the comment regarding Fabregas), Cesc was immense tonight. I don't think Viera ventured out of his pocket all evening.

Glad you got a result - very well deserved.

It's only half time.

But it's still 2-0 .

Arsenal palyed Juve off the park - but I'm not sure how much of that was down to Arsenal being good or Juve being complete ****e.

NOR DO I CARE

Very good result for Arsenal, top performance, well done. Bet you dick Juve 3-0 at their place too, catch them on the break a few times and roll them over.

On another note anyone see the Benfica v Barca game? that was outstanding too, no idea how Barcelona didnt get a couple of goals in. could see a shock result at the Nou Camp? Only takes one goal from Benfica to put the pressure on Barca

You must be a good Arsenal fan. He didn't want to leave.... He was told to. 9 great years of service. i cheered him, even at the final whistle!!

I think a young Cesc has stolen the walking stick from the old lady.

What a performance from Arsenal last night. They played the league leader off the park for 90 mins. Stunning show of total football. If we win it... a big if. It will be done is style.

You also seem to be forgetting the two previous years when he was desperate to join Real Madrid and all the massive speculation that occured in the close seasons but he didn't join them because they wouldn't pay him the same as the top stars at the time such as Zidane and couldn't guarantee him first team football week in week out. He wanted £120k a week IIRC and Real refused to pay him that.
I agree about the 2 years of real madrid, but he said in the press conferance on monday that he didn't want to leave this time around.

what are you going on about supporting the team... i didn't even mention anything to do with that....

You did say "you must be a good Arsenal Fan".

The players think they are bigger than the clubs (as evidenced by the **** that was sent off last night).

Whilst B20 may have been a bit strong in his initial post - Basically Vieira is only interested in who pays him the most - all the othe claptrap is - well - claptrap.

Let's hope Engerland dump France out of the world cup too

Atleast arsenal has never brought the league like chelski. Our teams full of youngster and just wait till next year when we will have a good shot at winning the league.

Oh and were are man u and chelski in champions league? Barca is twice the team of chelski and they didnt have a rich russian criminal to buy them a whole new squad.

and who exactly has jose bought who,s english? or come through the youth squad? or under £10 million?

am i right in thinking they have won the prem a lot more times than you whilst spending a hell of a lot less than you, and also where (and are starting to be again) an absolute joy to watch. also instead of spitting his dummy out at every given opportunity when something goes against his team or one of his players, arsene would just say he NEVER saw anything. oh and unlike yourselves theyve also succeded in doing the double!!!!!

Competition

Winning Years

League Title1955 2005

League Cup1965 1998 2005

Cup Winners Cup1971 1998

Super Cup1998

Community Shield1955 2000 2005

the league and the league cup is not really a proper double is it? bit like when people said liverpool won the treble in 2001 (not a proper treble), you cant count the league cup as a REAL trophy. the double is the league and f.a cup or the treble is the league f.a cup and european cup . everyone who knows anything about football knows this. by the way putting big pictures of the trophys and pictures of players does not make your pathetic cup haul look bigger it just makes you look desperate.

3 times? were did you get that from? dont you mean 13 times! you cant go saying you,ve won it this year yet so you must mean the 2 times you.ve won it so far(YES THE OLD LEAGUE ONE AND THE PREM ARE THE SAME REALLY EXCEPT THE FACT THAT THE OLD LEAGUE HAD MORE TEAMS SO THEREFORE WAS MORE DIFFICULT TO WIN). you were favourites in the champions league for some bizzare reason and look what happened to you there .
