Well I still think the current coverage is rubbish. Much prefer John Desborough and Robbie Head to some women reading a script aimed at people still below school age.

There is no passion in the coverage any more and the coverage seems more disjointed than before. I did prefer the CH4 coverage where each day was shown separately but that went when it moved to ITV and has been down hill ever since.

As for James Allen he took over just before I lost interest in F1 not the complete reason but his commentary certainly helped me lose interest.

I agree the commentary has to suit all types of viewers but the current one feels like the death of it being a televised sport to me. So low budget it will soon only be on Euro sport due to lack of viewers.
