9. House maintanence takes a nosedive and that new kitchen/conservatory no longer seems that important (although a 42" plasma tv is fair cop)

10. your chance of promotion goes down the Gary Glitter due to the time spent on Scoobynet and checking those bargains in the for sale section.


If none of the above put you off then go for it. it is worth the pain
