which is why modern leads coil under the base of a cordless or are the bungee type.
pulling a kettle on your head is not the purpose so easy to tell a kid to not go near it.
as far as a little kid is concerned a bath is to get into when full of water.
if this was a law saying all taps had to be changed i could see the fuss.....as it is its just a bill to promote discussion on the issue for new builds - i cant see the fuss.
