Black looks fine IMHO, you are certaily not a "mug" as Mr Gibbles would have us think.
I prefer the gold but then I have only just put the same gold wheels on my car and aren't bored of them yet. I may do black in the future but would perhaps not be brave enough to colour my PWRC1's.
Gibbles, Scoobyboy1's car is a fantastic example and not a car any old mug could achieve and it even has coilovers .

I did like the gold wheels as it goes with the gold fleck in the paint, but I recently went to a Scooby meet and my car did not stand out at all. But there was a really nice black STi next to me with black wheels, and it got a lot of attention which it deserved, and it did look really nice, So I decided to copy him and paint my wheels black.

The wheels did come out wheel considering you done it yourself - at first thought you had forked out on an expensive refurb
