I work for La fitness there gyms are pretty good I can get free passes if anyone wants

True but as fitness farce are a well known rip-off it's surely worth a warning?

As well as all these problems my experience of their service was much like people here, went for the trial lesson, waited around for some instructor who looked like he'd spent most of his life in the pub or maccy-d's. He turned up late, asked if I knew how to work the elliptical trainer and running machine then buggered off. Complete farce and the quality of fluff was extremely poor being mostly middle aged bingo wingers.

I'll stick to the municipal gym and pool which is full of university girls and serious gym users.
