OK it might be a technicality as over a certain amount it would be intent to supply - however in Pete's case a days supply would qualify!!

Most people on here are showing themselves up as closed mind Daily Mail sensationalist losers.
To those that think he is famous for nothing, PD has been in two very successful bands and has produced some of the most lyrically perfect music this decade. Like it or not you have to give him credit.
For all those "drugs are baad, m'kay" people on here, you should probably take a look in your favourite artists drawer and see what you find, from the Beatles to Britney they are all at it.
PD is just unfortunate that the mindless Daily Mail middle class sheep that desire control of our nation's moral conciousness have latched onto him as being the reason for the behaviour of the "youth of today".
Stop being such a bunch of old farts and stop letting newspapers tell you what to think.

The first Time I heard the libertines I thought "WTF is this sh*t" Then tuned the radio to a different station.
That's what I thought...nothing but utter dross from day one.....he sounded half sloshed back then too.
How he or The libertines ever got to any form of mainstream music still bewilders me. As for his babywhatsotits, oh please. The only thing this music betters is euro trance and rap/R&B.

if your talking about bands that have produced top music since the 90s.snow patrol,keane,artic monkey,cold play and frans Ferdinand just to name a few.i dont think people have a problem with his music.the average person would of been sent down many times over for some of the stuff he get away with.plus it only a matter of time before someone around him dies.being off your head and driving is asking for trouble

I think you'll find that people don't need the Mail to decide what to think for them. They see what is before them and make up their own minds. In this case a self-obsessed, junkie loser setting a bad example to most of the population. You excepted obviously. Guess we can make our own minds up about you as well then if that's the sort of role model you look up to ... Or does the Mail write disparaging articles about you too ...??
