Whatever!

You could of course rise above it, help him out and prove him wrong but that would mean putting up or shutting up wouldn't it Pete

Of course Sony will help you, Call their sales dept and tell them what you want.

I work for HP and we have channel partners and retailers but you can still pick up the phone and call our direct channel and buy stuff from us, if you are a business you can register as a customer and you will get discount like any other business customer. We will sell you one machine or as many as you want. The reason we have channel partners is they usually have stock and can supply quicker than we can direct as we do not hold stock, we build to order. So if you contact Sony direct you will get your 50 PSPs and you will get discount but you may have to wait until they have them for you. So you may be better of trying a sony reseller.

Dear Sirs,

my most gracious apologies for interrupting such a fine conversation. I have recently been informed of the loss of a great friend of our country, Mr Ronald Biggus-Dickus, that is the Biggus-Dickus family of Hetton-le-Hole.

My reason for writing to you this fine day in May is that the will of Mr Ronald Biggus-Dickus has been read by the Advocate Overlord and he has published the possession of some fifty of your Sony PSPs. Of course on my attention being drawn to your thread I was pleasured at the thought of being able to profit my country and my people by offering you the aforementioned said Sony PSPs.

We have a little obstacle to overcome if you will permit me the freedom to speak candidly to you in such a private way. The Sony PSPs are currently encased in a large transportable container which for reasons undergoing cannot be opened by a person or persons of this nation.

It is for this reason that I ask that I can arrange for my shipping agent to transport the said transportable container to your country and for any goods present herein to be disposed of at your leisure. I am sure that you realise that I cannot, of course, transport the transportable container to your address yet to determined without a sum deposit from you of £10million of your British pounds. I will arrange collection of the nominal figure from you by Western Moneygram to a collection address located in New Mexico where my third cousin will collect the cash for reasons of ease of counting of course.

Upon receipt of this deposit I will ensure that the transportable container is brought to your very door forthwith and notwithstanding. Once you receive it I am pleased to inform you that you are free to do what you will with all the other goods and chattals that you may find asunder and wheretofore.

I look forward to shaking the hand of man of such business acumen as yourself and look forward to receiving you deposit.

For the additional security of my nation I ask that you also furnish me with your personal address and the names of any daughters in your family (I have a lovely son who is the most eligable bachelor in this republic). I also ask for a credit card that you can send to me with the associated Bank Issued PIN number for purposes of use.

My kind and gracious wishes on your family and your families family and I again beg your forgiveness for such and intrusion.

Yours faithful servant in sincerity and servitude,

Mr Awawele Gambala Walloon
National Undersecretary
Fraud Branch
The Republican Nation of Congoleseland

Whenever it comes to put up or shut Pete always shuts up.

I sometimes agree with Pete seriously I do But your advice here is pure garbage.

Sony will take on a retail buyer for 50 units per month possibly per Quarter, however, not for a one off purchase of 50 units to joe public.

Part of my managerial role is that of a purchase manager for a large logistics company. I do know what I am talking about

Please Pete prove me wrong and get a super deal for this Gentlemen direct from Sony with your god like powers and Sony UK Acquaintances

At the end of the day its not difficult to buy 50 PSP`s:

https://secure.scan.co.uk/Shop/ViewC...Q&TooMuch=True

Just make a few phonecalls and ask for discount.

Or join here:

I love the way people fall for "wholesale" prices

Captain johns wholesale link for PSP = £169.19

Scooby Soons quick look on pricerunner = £149.99

Like I said near the begining of this thread find the cheapest online source and order from them, you wont get any cheaper and you will be wasting your time trying to buy direct from Sony

for an alternative angle, take a trip to japan for low cost electronics. you'll absorb the cost of the journey in the extra profit you'll make. plus you get an amazing trip. having said that, the money to be made in doing this isn't what is was for PSPs. maybe hold on for the PS3! i saved £40 on every ipod i brought back. one point though, theres an export limitation - if you get caught. you might need to ingest them.
