The cheapest companies for me were, Privilege, Norwich Union, and Direct line UNTIL I rang them up to declare my mods, then 
virtually doubled the quote.
As mentioned A-Plan, Keith Michaels or Greenlight are popular choices. I ended up with Admiral though.
