The hangover finally cleared enough to bear looking at the screen

Great game.....pity there had to be a loser...just glad it wasn't us!

says something when you score 4 out of 6 goals in a final and end up in extra time!

The Hammers played there part in one of the best FA cup finals i've seen in years, better than that ****e I watched last year, only good thing from that one, was watching the mancs get beat by The Gunners

Nice to see the season started with a trophy and ended with a trophy

Who needs the fat Manc with Stevie G in this sort of form

Thumbs up

The best team won in the end. Well done the Hammers but an own goal and a fluke compared to the best cup final goal EVER doesn't mean you deserve to win.

Yeah it was a great game and would you have said the same if it had remained 3-2?? unlikely, and yes I might have said some of the above if I was a happy hammer but i'm not so no chance poo slinger

Love the new SMACS banner, excuse my ignorance but what does it stand for south manchester and cheshire scoobies ??

Oh yes it was a beaut and who wouldn't want Stevie G in their team, pisses on your Lamplard AFAIC , as Hanson said he is the best player to pull on the red jersey, with King Kenny coming a very close 2nd IMHO.

I still can't understand how they couldn't sort out those 1600 tickets, surely they had records of the names of those who bought them and how they paid for them, surely it was a case of proving who you were and how you paid for it, meet at a location of the FA's choosing (a hotel in Cardiff or Liverpool) and bang replacement ticket (different colour to any other for security) and then escort them to their seats arresting anyone with a dodgy ticket, a disgrace.

Did anyone try to get in with a stolen ticket and get caught ?? there must have been a couple of muppets trying it on.

poo slinger? did someone throw something at you or is it what comes out your mouth?
how do i know what i would of thought if it ended up 3-2 cos it never did it what i do know was i thoroughly enjoyed the game and it was made even better by the laughing and joking i was having with the west ham fans in the pub by the ground were i ended up watching it . shame all the hammers fans arent the same but unlike some small minded people i wont tar them all with the same brush

yes it does stand for that

why does a thread about one of the best FA cup finals for years always end up with some gob****e making comments about no class scousers,**** slingers etc

If it hadn't of been LFC in the final but another team that had made that sort of comeback and scored them goals, I would still have the decency to say what a great goal/game etc.

I was in a pub watching the Mancs vs Arsenal a few years ago,and even though I was gutted when Giggs scored what will go down as one of the best FA cup goals i've ever seen,I at least had the courtesy to tell the the token Manc supporter,(who by the way ,was actually born in Manchester,a rarity in itself)who was with us that that was one of the best individual goals I've ever seen!

I always thought Evertonians were the bitterest set of supporters I have had the misfortune to meet but obviously not.........

well said my friend. its one of the reasons i wont start a post on here because the small minded people who know sod all about there own team always slag off liverpool. if i see a good game i will always congratulate the winners as thats what being a fan is all about , seeing a GOOD game of football . Not what a small minority of stupid idiots do to try there best to spoil it for everybody else.

Speculation, not "quoted"

He has asked for a much improved financial package, which has led to speculation that he wants to leave. Obviously stories made up by Man U fans with nothing else to talk about
