Awwww...talk about past and present!!!
we had a white boxer but she had great big brindle patches around her eyes.. she died aged 15!! Ben(my baby boy) is currently 10 and looks just like the one on the left

Whether or not they are practical in a family home .
Good choice Little ginge, good to see another boxer lover on SN .
Realistically though I think it will be boxers all the way for us, IMHO they are superb dogs and I can't ever see us wanting anything else.

Cheers for that - they are a handful as they can be as lively as boxers but with the added weight. They also can be very eccentric as per Turner & Hooch.
Other than that, really soft, great protection for family members(and your car) and as mad as a bag of spanners as you can see below
