i once found a hair in a sausge roll from greggs never went there again it well put me off them. But once i bought a rolo cake from asda inside the chocolate case that goes over the cake was mouldy inside i got £10 for it

I hardly think deliberately putting hair into food to get off paying the bill is comparible to a company selling a faulty product then overcompensating by their own free will.
