Installation scheme for Ver 6 DCCD
#32
We do have a new apporach.
Is the diameter of those drive shafts wich fit the R180 bigger then the ones of the R160?
This means not the end which goes into the diff or the hub, just the shaft itself. How much is the diameter of this one?
What if we just switch the ends, either the one which goes into the diff or the one which goes into the hub?
Could this work?

So after holidays I am back.
Short update on our gearbox swap.
The gearbox is now running without Dccd.
We managed to transform the old shafts and the new shafts (R180 diff) to one working pair by switching the stuff which goes into the Diff onto the old shafts.
This way we did nod have to switch all the other stuff on the rear axles (hubs, brakes,...)
So now the car is more or less back on the street.
What we still working on and where you guys are needed is the connecting of the dccd ecu and other stuff.
What we need:
-plugs for dccd ecu (20pin) and gearbox connection (6pin)
-which pin on the dccd ecu is number 1?
It would be graet if anyone could help.
Thanks
