So I should be ok. Needs undersealing though.

Mark,
Drop beario on the gtr forum a PM. He can normally lay his hands on some very nice wheels.
I've got R34 GTR alloys on my R33 and as mentioned above they look IMHO

As mentioned keep an eye out for cars on the GTR Forum and also Skylineowners as you will see some very good examples and also be able to check the history of the car while in the UK.
Newera imports have a good reputation [along with many others] for bringing good quality GTRs into the country.
If the car you buy is on standard turbo's, 1.0 bar will be very expensive.
Find a quality Skyline Tuner in your area and get him to check the car out for you if going private. Could save you a lot of cash.
Skylines are wonderful cars. You can drive Miss Daisy or really go for it and the car is quite happy to oblige.
Don't worry too much about the fuel consumption. Every mile brings a smile.
Also have you looked at a GTS-t. Fantastic if you would still like rear wheel drive after the Honda.

Mine is actually one of the official 100 cars (I think) sold by Middlehurst Nissan UK. As such, the front bumper and splitter are different to Jap cars. Also has oil/diff cooler fitted as standard. I think the rest of the styling is pretty much identical.
The only things I've added to the exterior are nismo clear repeaters (front and side) plus Carbon GTR/Nismo spoiler inserts and B pillar trim.
The wheels were on the car when I bought it
So when you picking the car up?

How long have had yours for, Chris? Has anything actually gone wrong with it, in that time?

Thats rare Chris, esp a later one. The bumper is quite different, much bigger mouth on it!
The GTR bbs seems to be very quiet and not many bits for sale. I know its a rare car but I though the S2000 for sale section was slow! All good for my pocket though. Wheels are the first point of call - either those BBS or Volk TE37's.

Bloomin' 'eck Mark!
Terrible timing as well mate, I had my eye on your S as a Christmas present. Oh well. What will you be letting the S go for out of interest? (PM me if you want.)
Cheers
James

LOL - the gtr forum can be quite slow - not like here when you post something and 10 seconds later it's on page 6 That said, when parts do come up they sell very quickly so keep your eyes peeled. Can't go wrong with either of the wheels you mention , both will look superb
drb5 - had mine for about 9 months now - bit of a sore point about things going wrong as I launched the gearbox in January Car was off the road for nearly 4 months as I couldn't find the gearset I wanted but all good now - nice OS Giken 1-5 gearset which is awesome

Sorry mate, forgot all about that.
I think about 4bar on cold idle ,dropping slightly on hot idle. That said, I've got the defi's on mine and the standard guage isn't massively accurate.
Hopefully the guage will shoot up when you apply the throttle.
So when's d-day?
