Could I ask you to put your names down for which date you can make? I have spoken to Lotus and we don't need to have a full allocation on each date so feel free to choose whichever you prefer.

I need to close this soon as Lotus are pushing me for a decision. Therefore unless you confirm you are coming by midnight on Sunday then I will close the lists.
I think that this is fair in the circumstances. This will mean that the date of the 2nd September will be cancelled as no-one appears to be interested in that date. Lotus will then be able to offer it to other clients.
If you want to come then this is your last chance.......

I am soo sorry guys but I cant come as I can't get the time off work 
I only get 3 Saturdays off work a year and they have all been used up 
I am absolutely gutted as I was really looking forward to it and I am gutted that I cant go

This is all confirmed now, can you let me know your full names (either by pm or putting on the list) as I need to give this to Lotus.
We start at 12-30pm which is a good time. The alternative was 8-30am!
There will be absolutely no photos allowed. Either leave your mobile phones in the car or don't bring them as you won't be allowed to take them into the factory I'm afraid. This is a working factory and there is the high possibility of a number of prototype cars (the new Esprit?) being driven around the track or in the factory itself. I have asked if we could take some pictures of us on the track and this is a tiny possibility depending on whether there are any other cars around.
Is everyone familiar with the Duke of Wellington pub in hatfield peverel? We will meet up there for the start of the convoy.....
