Hes just jealous, but you should keep doors an that locked if your that worried, once i was driving my old rs turbo, some black guy cut me up.. i sounded the horn and thought no more about it.. further up at a red light he came and dragged me out of the car. i was pretty lucky i had a mate in the car with me and he was on his own lol. since that day i always have a breaker bar for wheel nuts behind the seat, not because i wanna fight people or anything but like that day sometimes you may be forced to protect yourself. my advice would be to ignore it mate, he will get bored of getting no reaction sooner rather than later

I would blow him a kiss when he says something. That normally shocks the hell out of the idiots. Then laugh and drive off.
I find that better than confrontation, especially after my last episode...
I had an incident, was following this idiot, driving erratic, i wasn't driving close, nor pressuring him (in the vRS). After 10 miles he suddenly pulls over, no signal, not completely into a side street and causes me to brake quite heavily. I crawl past and he's on his phone, i shrug my shoulders and give the signal to say "what the hell was that about" and he gives me the V's.
So i stopped the car, reverse back, get out and bang on his window. This shocked him, give him verbals when he undoes the window. Was only waiting for him to step out the car personally, but he stayed inside. After a few seconds he shows his badge. He's only a bloody copper!!
I ask about the mobile phone, no signal and the v's. He denies all, and says i should leave before he makes another call. I tell him he's a liar, then have to leave.
Confrontation is not the best approach, i've learnt that now. Back to blowing kisses or giving the bird.![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

On a sensible note, stop and ask him (from within your car) if he's speaking to you. If so, get his reg and report it, is the probably the best approach.

[QUOTE=MikeCardiff]OP's problem is typical of the low intelligence behaviour of sad, jealous people who are destined to do manual work for minimum wage until they die in their council houses.
Its the sort of school bully syndrome of people who have never actually grown up past puberty, where 'being hard' was the measure of your worth ( and generally trying to prove it on easy targets who werent interested, and in front of an audience ), rather than when you leave school and get into the real world, where having a good job, nice house, nice car and a wife with no homemade tats on her forearms and an **** narrower than her shoulders is generally more desirable.
Would white van man own an Impreza if he could afford one ? of course he would, only he never will with 4 kids to keep in baseball caps and shiny tracky bottoms. £20 says his personal car is a rusting Mondeo or Vectra, probably worth about £800.
Its the same mentality that makes people shout at people driving Ferraris or similar cars.
Next time he does it, smile sweetly, nod knowingly as if earnestly agreeing with his point of view, then ask him what the 0-60 of his van is.[/QUO
i would just like to say i drive a white van and im a builder and i probably earn more money than most so dont tar us all with the same brush thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

when you get out to talk to him take a baseball bat with you and see if his smile stays where it is,
If it doesn't, you have the upper hand cos he is scared now
if it does, run like the wind get back in your car drive home very fast and cower under the kitchen table, cos you have just antagonised him, he is very very hard, cage fights in his spare time, eats babies and kittens at lunch time and will, with no doubt try to pummel you half to death, and his excuse will be, "he was f******g asking for it"
Good luck

My only incident so far involved a scooby before i had one.
I had a mazda 323 and went up a tight road near my house. Some a***hole unfortunatly driving a new scoob like a **** come down towards me, we passed and i continued. About a mile up the road i noticed in my mirror, the scoob bootind it over speed humps, thought nothing of it.
Then i went over a narrow humped back bridge, he overtakes just over the bridge, swerves in front, stops and gets out shouting that i clipped his mirror.
I know that i didnt!! Tells me to follow him and drives off. i was ****tin myself!! He was a big f**ker an id just turned 18. I followed for about 5 seconds b4 nipping down a side road!!!!
Have always kept a snooker cue in two halves in my car since then!!

the only other thing that makes me think i should just leave it is. for a on lookers point of view it will look like i went up to him and he was just protecting himself. but really he just got out his van and killed me before i was even able to ask him anything
