On the Quayside, I'd recommend Pitcher and Piano, Stereo, Waterside, moving down to Chase, Bar 42, Offshore, Casa, Jimmyz and Llyods. There's a few more dotted all and usually next door to each on the quay eg Akenside, Hoko 10, Marthas, Quilted Camal off the top of me head
Nightclubs there are Sea, Baja(good god no) The Boat(jesus kill me) but you might take a visit to Buffalo Joes for a late night

As above Natanb, but deffo give the boat a miss(f,ing honks)and deffo visit Buffalo Joes also give Osbourne Road a try for Accomodation and start your night there then onto the Quayside
