I am anti racist but also feel that any bias against me as a white person by the lefty PC Plonkers would be absolutely wrong, but can I rely on equal treatment?

in the context of the law you have equal rights.
The test is burden of proof and if you had that proof then the law will protect you. Typically criminal laws applies to violent crime and harrassment, Racial Equality laws apply in employment and in dealing with public agencies such as the council and the government, and civil law applies to all other areas not covered above.
If you felt you were being harrassed or excluded in some way on the basis of race and you had proof beyond reasonable doubt then the law applies.
I may have missed it, but in the reading I found no reference in the sub-clauses to exclude the application to caucasians.
Have a great day,
Rannoch

The world is fast disappearing up it's own ****. What is this four page thread all about! I have been in this country since 1978, I came here at the age of five and have been here ever since. In that time I have been subject to racist abuse I don't mean being called a 'paki' which I don't find offensive infact I use it. I have been called far worse but c'est a vie. You get on with it, if it bothered me that much I would have effed off elsewhere. It doesn't, I'm a Paki and so be it. Just as a Chinese person is a Chinaman. Infact the other day my colleague at work said I was wasted in a brown skin! Was that an insult or a compliment?

ROFL
MY nephew is doing his second season working at an Indian restaurant in Ibiza where the manager is going to make him supervisor. He is of white english origin. Just shows that equality works both ways if people are tolerant - he is getting the job because he is good at it.
