Hi Tony

Yes can honestly say it does make quite a difference once the PPP has been fitted, havn't taken it on the rollers since it was done but was pushing out 280bhp / 300lbs as standard @ 1.1 bar so would be expecting around the 316to 320bhp and more importantly 330lbs of torque next time I get it on the dyno.

I can read the peak values on the PSI 3 and also the defi's as mentioned before, so Subaru main dealers should have no problem confirming that Gary's mates car is boosting correctly

Also as a by product I'm returning slightly more to the gallon (26 - 29mpg)

P.S. Hope you enjoy the football Mike and that your arm gets better soon

I wish I had time to watch the TV and I'm not a big fan of football, tennis or daytime TV either. The beauty of a wireless laptop means that I can still do some work from home, even with my arm in traction ctrl+alt+del is a bit tricky with one hand though A dislocated elbow and mutiple fractures is not something I would recommend to anyone as a way of making sure they can watch Wimbledon and the World Cup!

Indeed, a car with PPP fitted should be appreciably quicker than a std car and if he feels it's not right then it'll need checking out by the dealer. One of our objectives is to make the car as smooth and tractable as possible and we deliberately make the boost come in nice and smoothly so you don't get the off/on feel of the std car where the boost comes in over a very narrow rpm range. For some this lack of a big rush of boost means the car doesn't feel as quick as it did previously but there's always more torque available, it doesn't just arrive over 100 rpm, it's spread across 500rpm so you don't get the sudden wallop where 300+lbft arrives all at once.

Street Legal Package Stage 1
EcuTek Re-Map
3" Milltek Exhaust with Sports CAT
K&N Filter
~340bhp/340lbft @ £1350
inc. Comprehensive Warranty

Stage 3 - T25 Spec Kit
AST Sport-Line Suspension Kit
Rear Adjustable Roll Bar
Anti-Lift Kit
Front Adjustable Roll Bar
4-Wheel Alignment
£1400 + VAT

also got them to put on the JDM front spoiler, Car is much faster and really holds the corners with no body roll. It was quite a bit of cash to splash all in one go, but what the hell.

Not planning to do anything else at the mo, the car runs fine and i'm not trying to break any speed records.

oh yes also got a PSI3 data monitor from http://www.xtremescoobies.co.uk/

Overall i'm very happy with car
Thanks for that The stage 1 pack seems very good value - and I bet you're burbling all over the place now
