It doesn't really matter who makes the bells or brackets , as long as they are made properly and to tight tollerances , and of the correct materials anyone could make them.
You say you have Godspeed 2 piece discs on now , they are a good set up for track use as the 335mm discs are 32mm thick , so will take a lot more heat than the 28mm thick AP discs , and you will generate a lot more heat on the track than you ever will on the road , and you get a 12 month guarantee with them even on the track.
You never know , you may get them cheaper starting a group buy , he's got loads of them there , give him a bell.....
