Mate, when you state post offers here and you take offence/slag me, thats just tough on you, DONT ask for OFFERS to be posted if you cant hack whats been offered.
(you can always go up on an offer but never come down )

Pete, IMHO you will always do better putting "offers in the region of" so
giving the buyers an idea of what you are after.
Asking for offers IMO is not the best way to sell as everyones views on
prices differ, especially that of the buyers and sellers!!
Now if you had said offers in the region of 15k, then 12.5k would be takin the
